AJ is SIX!

Today was AJ's 6th birthday!! Oh how the time has flown! Since he had his party a few weeks ago, we didn't do anything big for him today. But we did have a fun day.

In the morning, we went to Valley of Fire and took a short hike. The boys really loved climbing on the rocks and scaring their mom to death. Popa proved to be quite the adventurous climber as well!

After naptime, we went to Cici's for dinner and then home where AJ decorated his cake (an angel food cake so that Popa could have some too), and he opened a few gifts.

It's really hard to believe that my firstborn is 6. How on earth did that happen? How does time seem to fly so fast??
