Tomorrow is the big day

AJ had school orientation tonight. He got to take his supplies to school and see his classroom and talk to his teacher. Being the ~~geeky~~ loving mom that I am, I took a few pictures.

I finished my very first quilt this morning. It is so very far from perfect, but AJ loves it, and I'm really happy with it for being my first. The binding was the biggest pain for me. My Aunt Janice was a tremendous help though, and answered countless questions and gave a lot of invaluable advice. I'm blessed to have such a talented quilter in my family!
