RIP

Today we must say goodbye to a dear friend. Though with us for just 2 years, he became an integral part of our family.

He traveled with us from Florida to Nevada, and was ready to resume his role in the kitchen as soon as he came out of the box. By helping us cook countless pancakes, french toast, grilled cheese, and pieces of bacon, he proved faithful to the cause of filling our bellies. But alas. The time has come for him to go into the great dumpster abyss. Goodbye, dear friend. You will be missed.

PS. If anyone has opinions about which electric griddles are good or bad, let me know.
